Landscape and negation of the topographic behavior

Could a topographic point have an identity, could this point characterize and influence people that surrounds? Is the landscape a benchmark for the sightseer acting in space and is it capable for influencing perception through observation? Could its schematics exhibit a new form of perception; offering at the same time some sort of influence? Could man’s interference on the landscape function as a bidirectional invasive action? Could man’s reformation acts on a topographic point influence the perception reflecting on him and could this reflection count as a sign of intelligence?
